About Katie

Hi families! I am a nurse of 4 years with experience in pediatrics, geriatrics, dementia, and home care. I have been in health care for 8 years. I also have experience in child care as a former daycare teacher and mom of 3 girls. I currently work as a visiting nurse and make my own schedule. I also work privately for a family as a caregiver. I would love to add some new faces to my days doing what I love to do already! I'd describe my personality as compassionate, bubbly, and maternal. I like working with kids because I love to see each one developing skills and personalities of their own. I used to watch children out of my home and to see them forming close bonds with me and each other like family was so amazing. In my spare time, I like to hike the trails around my house and spend time with my family.
