Kati has worked for me for over ten years in various positions. She started out as a lifeguard and worked her way up to the park supervisor and lifeguard instructor. She was responsible for training over 350 lifeguards per year. Her main function when we were open was to oversee the daily operation of the park. She then transferred over to the HR department and is now the supervisor. She is responsible for all the payroll and payroll deductions for 500 plus seasonal employees. She plans all the employee functions. Kati is an amazing employee. Not only has she worked for me for years, she is a great friend outside of work. I have a 3yr old daughter and since she was born, Kati has watch her for me on average twice a month. I trust a hundred percent with her and my daughter loves her. I highly recommend her.
