Katia is a gem. She showed my children endless warmth, humor, patience, consistency, and care. I have three children, who I adore and also know are each a handful in their own way, and she juggles them beautifully. She's particularly skilled with babies and toddlers, who she cares for with the love of a mother and the skill of a teacher or a nurse. She also drives safely and reliably, can handle complex schedules, and communicates clearly about what our kids are doing each day so we can work together as partners. She's the best!
