Kathy is lovely. Caring, thoughtful and entirely dependable. She's been wonderful with my fiercely independent and sometimes less than cooperative 97 yo mom--showing respect for moms space and wish for privacy while doing a superb job of meeting her needs. I've been really impressed with Kathy's communication with me as well and i have really appreciated some very insightful suggestions Re moms care. I feel so fortunate to have connected with her!
