I have 4 adult children and miss holding and playing with children. I have a happy career, and am not doing this for money, I simply miss children. I teach through exploration - looking at bugs, clouds, or anything else and then going to the library and checking out books about the topic or drawing pictures about the topic. I love to bake or cook with the kids, make a mess, but clean it all up, as that's a part of the project and learning. I am extremely creative, love to play and laugh, and have endless patience for children. I love love love holding little tiny newborns! I babysat a couple of years ago for a 6-week-old baby who is now 2 (I moved and had to leave the babysitting), but the family and I are still in touch and she would happily vouch for me as a loving, adoring babysitter. I have traveled to Guatemala to volunteer at orphanages - I simply love kids!
