I have been a school bus driver for 14 years. majority of the time, I have driven sped routes dealing with all kinds of extra needs to keep the children comfortable and safe during transportation. As much as possible to help support encourage them to do the best they can on their own if they needed help I was there to help figure out what they needed help with to finish up the task or task
