My goal in going to nursing school was to become a home care nurse. I feel it's important to know my patient well and that the home environment is the best place for a patient to be as healthy as they can be and much happier than in a hospital or nursing home. I have a teaching degree and certification in early childhood and family education. I love crafts and artwork, love pets and children. I am experienced with working with vent clients, para and quadriplegics, giving medications working various pumps, catheters, PICC lines, etc. I am observant, I advocate for my patients and am always willing to learn new things. I am looking for someone who is pleasant, interested in maintaining their health as much as possible and want to have a fun time.
