About Kathy

My values to create a safe and loving environment suit what I offer as a professional. Being able to navigate the values of families in the community can help a child grow, and feel safe, respected, and valued. I've had experiences and developed a variety of abilities that make me the best person for this position. Working at different daycare environments I have gained the ability to communicate with families in providing information regarding their children's needs. I also work well with people in order to develop good relationships with parents, children. I'd describe my personality as open-minded, organized, and kind. I like working with kids because how much you have to learn from them in an academic level and social interactions. You get to celebrate the little successes with children. I'm looking for a job that allows me to be able to work with parents in understanding their children's needs. Where we can work as a team for their children.
