I have worked as a home health caregiver for an 84-year-old lady who needed meal preparation and aid in bathing. When I began with her, she was unwilling to walk much but after 9 months together she was taking two to three 10 to 15 minute accompanied walks around her yard. I enjoy providing interesting and healthy meals in the realm of my charge's favorite foods. I have a lot of experience with restricted menus and can develop choices which are within the restrictions and remain flavorful. I enjoy learning from my charge as each elderly person has so much information and knowledge to impart. I am available immediately and look forward to hearing from you!
