I am 59 years old and I have retired from full time work with Knox County schools as a caregiver and work part time now in real estate management. I worked in special education for Knox County schools nearly 20 years ago. I home schooled our four sons in the 80's. Thank God they are now successful and well educated. My strengths with special needs care are patience , compassion, determination , loyalty, dependability , punctuality and friendliness. I am outgoing , cheerful and honest. My passion is to love intentionally in the same way I would like to be loved if I needed special assistance. And everyone can learn with the right teaching. There is no learning disability. Its usually a teaching disability.
