About Kathy

I have a heart for seniors and a passion for people to be able to stay in their homes as long as possible, if they so desire. I have been caregiving in one form or another for over 20 years. Along with my professional experience, I have been taking care of my own father, mother and brother (Alzheimer's) for the past 7 years. I am comfortable with distributing medications, cooking, cleaning, companionship, assisting with bathing, toilet needs, errands, shopping, and pet care. I have worked with people with dementia and other mental health problems along with people with mobility and transfer needs. I have plenty of reference letters available from past employers, whom I still consider friends, and their family members. I do not consider caregiving for seniors a job, it is something I really enjoy doing.
