I have been a caregiver for over 10 years, 4 clients I lived with for 2 years each. In between I worked for various agencies. I specialize in care of Alzheimer's in all stages. I am blessed with amazing patience and love what I do and love taking care of people. I promote mental alertness through activities of interest. I conduct my care with the highest standards of ethical behavior. Lots of walks, drives, movies, and family visits. I love to cook and like to prepare good tasty and healthy meals. I also like to meal plan shop, clean and just be around the house for companionship and nurturing. I have attended many educational courses with the Alzheimer's Assaociation and various other support groups and workshops. I educate myself with preexisting conditions, and communicate well with health care professionals. I love this profession and have a lot to offer.

Kathy was a full time caretaker for my Mom for about 1 1/2 years. There is so much to say about Kathy! She is always on time, reliable, punctual, caring, honest & trustworthy! She stays in constant communication & always went above & beyond when needed & continues to do so! With my Mom diagnosed with ALZ Kathy understood the daily challenges & remained patient, kind & firm. She even helped me to understand the disease & why my Mom would do certain things, like sun downing. My Mom loves her cooking, making healthy meals but also making food she enjoys. She walked with her daily, took her to all her appointments & would keep me informed. As we transitioned her to a memory care facility Kathy was there every step of the way. She continues to help us to this day & she is part of our family forever. Anyone that Kathy works for is beyond lucky to have her. She's an amazing hidden gem!!!! We love you Kathy!
