About Kathy

Hello, I attended Western Washington University and earned a BA in Human Services and Communication. I have learned the value of meeting people where they are at, on a developmental level and emotional status. Human services is a hybrid between psychology and sociologically, which makes me feel like I have a good understanding of how to work with people. The framework in human services has given me skills to know how to work with varying personalities. I have over 10 years of experience from babysitting my younger cousins, nannying in the summer, and volunteering at my local church children's ministry. I am extremely organized. I understand that babysitting is a support role, in a fast-paced environment. You need to be organized to build relationships with the child and family. I truly enjoy being around kids! Each kid is unique in their own ways and I love to work with them to create wonderful and fun memories! Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
