I am a mother of two. My children are now 26 and 32 years old. Over the last 26 years, I have cared for and helped raise 14 children, some of these positions lasting from infancy until the children were still in school. The children's ages have ranged from 6 weeks to 9 years old. I worked in a Nursery School with children from 2 to 4 years old. I was a Girl Scout Leader for my daughter's troop for 9 years, where I have coordinated numerous craft projects, activities, meetings, and overnights. I have a great deal of experience working with children, and currently am working with 1 children. I love working with children and spending time them. I am looking for a long-term opportunity to care for children in their home environment.

I've known Kathy for 5 years. She was the babysitter/caregiver to a friend's two little girls. My children played with the two girls she watched often, so I know just how wonderful Kathy is! She is fun, patient & caring with children. She always interacted with the children, whether it was at a park, just being outside, doing arts & crafts, or playing games. Kathy always made the children laugh & engaged in whatever the activity would be. As a person, Kathy, is kind, thoughtful, fun to be around & talk to and get along with. Any family would be lucky to have their child(ren) in her care!
