I hired Katie to stay with my 13-year old son on a school holiday (all day long) for support and guidance. She and he had never met before. My normally difficult child seemed to be calm all day (and that night with me) and got his homework done. So Katie had a soothing effect on him. She cooked his lunch (cleaned up) and took him to 2 appointments.
