I am a Trained Behavior Technician with four years of hands-on practice in homes, schools, and clinics. My personality is fun, outgoing, and energetic. I love caring for people with special needs because they are the ones who need it most. They deserve love and respect; someone who can understand their needs and inspire them to achieve their goals. One thing you should know about me is I am very invested in your child's future. In this job I love getting to know the parents and training them (if they desire) to implement some of the Behavior Technician practices at home to reinforce what I would do during our sessions. I understand taking care of someone with special needs does not end when I have to leave, but continues with the family. At the end of the day, taking stress off of the parents, siblings, and other caretakers is one of the best parts of my job; allowing parents to rest for a few hours while their child is in trained hands.
