With one year of experience and a background as a children's swim instructor, I'm excited to support families by providing reliable care. My patient and calm personality, coupled with my creativity and friendly demeanor, allows me to connect easily with children. I prioritize open communication with parents, ensuring they receive regular updates about their child's day and any issues that arise. I believe in following the parents' lead when enforcing household rules, respecting their parenting style and preferences.
