About Kathryn

Hi! My name is Kathryn and I have experience working with toddlers and preschoolers in daycare centers for the past seven years. During these years, I diligently worked towards attaining the position as a Lead Toddler Teacher. I have also provided at home childcare for my previous students during the weekends. Through my work experience and education, I've learned various teaching styles and practice multi-sensory education to give every child the best chance to succeed. The monthly curricula I've planned consists of exciting activities for the children to strengthen their cognitive, social and emotional development, language linguistic development and lastly fine and motor skills development. I also believe in promoting good behavior by using the positive reinforcement method. As a daycare provider and nanny; I enforce a safe environment, nurture the development of each child's self-esteem and establish a positive connection with the parents.
