About Kathryn

I'd describe my personality as conscientious, adaptable and kind. I like working with animals because they are a part of our families, with individual characters and personalities. I'm looking for a job that aligns with my life - I enjoy being active and in a service role. I started working with animals when I was 16. I worked at a summer camp and worked in the stables, providing daily care to 8 horses and leading trail rides. While in college, I volunteered at a wildlife rehabilitation center, where I gained hands on experience caring for a variety of animals including feeding, cleaning, administering medication and physical therapy. I have pet sit for family and friends. In my spare time, I like to hike, kayak and knit. One thing you should know about me is I am reliable. My skills include general care, administering medicines and enrichment.
