About Kathryn

I spent time as a school picture photographer for infants and preschoolers with Lifetouch. As teacher's assistant for preteens at the Emerson College Youth Film Program, I taught a class on directing. I've volunteered to teach the basics of filmmaking to middle-school aged students at the Boys & Girls Club. I've danced about 25 years in classical ballet. I have spent 7 years working in the film industry from personal assisting to directing, visual effects data wrangling and coordinating. I currently work with kids age 8-14 teaching choreography for Rehearsal for Life. Much of my independent film work fixates on integrating developmental topics of youth education in the realm of neuropsychology, with narrative fiction. My main mission is to use art to uplift children and marginalized folk. Thank you for your time and consideration in advance!
