About Kathryn

Hello! Retired from the public library after 17 years, I have much experience working with seniors: teaching computer classes, managing a senior volunteer force at a Senior Center Library, working in Senior Outreach, & entertaining seniors with music and Armchair Tourism at nursing homes where some had dementia or Alzheimer's. I have experience sitting with a woman with Alzheimer's who is in assisted living and hospice. My job is to make sure she is comfortable, fed, taking liquids, check O2, take notes for family and be a loving companion. I will transport clients to doctor visits. I have limitations regarding lifting clients. I am good with pets. I do not smoke. I've been in DFW for 10 yrs, but will soon be back in my hometown of San Antonio!
