About Kathryn

Hello! My name is Katie and I am a Social Work graduate student at Simmons University. I have seven years of daycare and babysitting experience where I: - Created a safe and nurturing childcare environment for up to 16 children ranging from 3 months to 5 years old collaborating with other caregivers - Fostered learning and helped children of all ages reach age-appropriate milestones - Planned activities that both entertained and stimulated the children - Clearly communicated and coordinated with parents to understand each child's specific needs and desires - Maintained a clean environment changing diapers, potty-training, and regularly sanitizing surfaces After graduating from Keene State College in 2023 with a bachelor's in Psychology, I also spent several months working as a behavior therapist in an ABA facility. This past year, I have been interning at a middle school as a school social worker. I am also CPR and First-Aid certified and NH-DHHS Childcare licensed.
