About Kathrin

I'd describe my personality as genuine, caring and upbeat. I am passionate about caring for seniors because I truly enjoy helping people, putting a smile on their face and making a difference in their day. I'm looking for a job that is meaningful. I started caring for seniors when I was 20 years old as a volunteer. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family. I love being in nature and like to travel and exercise. One thing you should know about me is that I am compassionate, dependable, caring and joyful. I grew up in Germany. I worked for years in Germany as a physical instructor for seniors with past stroke, heart attack or heart related conditions and hip, knee, spine and arthritis injuries. Currently I teach silver sneakers classes. My skills include companion care, running errands, light cleaning, meal preparation, games for cognitive and physical health, dressing, feeding, listening and conversation, helpful with tasks and daily activities.
