About Kathleen

As a childcare provider with 15+ years of experience through family members and now a Mother to my 2-year-old daughter, I'm dedicated to nurturing and supporting children's growth. My passion for caring for little ones stems from my previous babysitting roles as a teenager, supporting family members with young children, where I discovered the joy of making a positive impact on their lives. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and I strive to provide a safe and stimulating environment for each child in my care with little to no screen time (parents preference) as this is how my daughter lives her life as well. Educational learning and being outdoors with nature is very important to us. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, and I'm comfortable discussing their child's day or addressing any concerns that may arise while respecting the parent's wishes as well. I believe that structure helps children thrive and practice this in my own household.
