I have extensive experience with potty training, working with the little ones' on speech- language, talking; hand/eye coordination, fine motor skills, and keeping up and active with them! I incorporate arts & crafts, books and being outdoors into a fun way of learning for the children as I believe imagination to be a core part of their growth. I enjoy helping children engage in activities and supporting each of them to reach new developmental and cognitive milestones in their own time! Kathleen was with us for a little over 1 year until my little one went to school full time. She was so attentive, fun and engaging all the time. Kathleen did not hesitate to implement redirection and gentle discipline (not physical)when needed. She valued my child's thoughts and feelings and took it upon herself to learn about ASD. Kathleen was able to easily communicate and and come to work with an open mind. She didn't mind doing little extra things if we needed them done (we paid extra). She can be serious if needed but because of her upbeat personality, amd magical.way with kids, she was able to be fun loving and less serious. She had no problems taking our child to the pool or other adventures we thought would be fun for them. She is still like part of the family and still calls to check on our kids.
