About Kathleen

My name is Kathleen and I am a dedicated and compassionate caregiver with five years of experience in providing care for seniors. I am a former Catholic school teacher with more than 20 years experience in the Education field. I am CPR certified and participate in training programs focused on senior care. Driven by personal experience, I spent several years helping my own parents (my father was blind and my mother had dementia) during their declining health, ensuring they were comfortable and well-cared for in the last years of their lives. I have developed a deep understanding of the unique needs and preferences of older adults. I approach each task with patience, respect and empathy ensuring you or your loved one feels valued and supported. Services I can provide: running errands, grocery shopping, meal preparation, providing transportation to appointments, help with hobbies, pet care, gardening, light housekeeping, reminders to take medications, and conversation.
