About Kathleen

Hi, I'm Katie! I am 32 years old, and I love outdoors. I have 15 years of experience providing childcare. My jobs have ranged from babysitting, to instructing first time skiers, to providing behavior therapy service, to being a special education teacher. I have always been drawn to working with kids because I enjoy helping them explore and understand their world. I have gained patience and understanding through my experiences, and value each child's unique personality. I would love to spend time with your child(ren) doing whatever makes them happy and comfortable. I personally enjoy spending time outdoors, whether that be walking, hiking, biking, or going to a park. I also love reading with children, making arts and crafts, cooking and baking, and fun games. I want to be able to provide parents with comfort and security of having someone trustworthy watching their little ones. I look forward to meeting you and your family!
