About Kathleen

I am a compassionate and dedicated professional with a diverse background, including experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), childcare provider, and in administrative roles within healthcare settings. Although my CNA certification has expired, I previously provided high-quality care in home environments, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), medication management, and meal preparation. In addition, I have experience as a teacher and assistant teacher at various childcare centers, where I developed and implemented lesson plans to promote the cognitive, social, and emotional development of children. I have also worked closely with patients and healthcare providers, ensuring smooth communication and fostering positive relationships. My commitment to patient well-being and my ability to navigate healthcare systems are further enhanced by my Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration and Management and my current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Human Services.
