Katie is a can-do person who has a positive, easygoing demeanor. She arrived on-time, took initiative when necessary, showed caring and concern, and, typing titles into a laptop computer, helped me organize a lot of books ! She carried heavy boxes, set up boxes, and was on top of everything.
