I have been an administrative assistant for 15 plus years. My jobs have included being an assistant to a president and vice president of major corporations. I am very qualified to multitask and get any project done on time. I have trained other administrative assistants, have done bookkeeping, payroll taxes, quarterly taxes, and much more. I recently had a reduction in hours in my last position, thus I am looking for a new position. I love working with people, am a self starter, able to work independently and enjoy scheduling events and all facets of an administrative assistant. You need to be qualified in many different facets to hold an administrative assistant position because your job functions continue to change. When I was young, I wanted to be a nurse but did not pursue this career. I worked as a nurse aid for 3 years while in high school.
