About Kathleen

Hello! I am Kathleen and i've been babysitting for almost 5 years. I love helping out relatives or parents and children for elementary school. Additionally, my family always had little kids around, so I learned how to work with children at a young age. Experience wise, I worked as a tutor at STEM Tree Tutoring Center. During that time, I designed personalized learning plans for students and helped improve their skills in subjects like math, science, and english. My skills include academic support, engagement, and patience. Academically, I was educated at private schools my entire life and am a current college student and the University of San Diego. I have experience tutoring many students in subjects ranging from math to english. Furthermore, I provide creativity and engagement by bringing fun innovative ways to keep children entertained and learning. Finally, I am very patient and understanding. I excel in managing challenges calmly and ensuring children feel heard and supported.
