About Kathleen

I'd describe my personality as light hearted, flexible, committed in my responsibilities I like working with animals because animals are the most loving creatures on earth. They are treasured members of the family. I have had both dogs and cats and it has enriched my life. I currently provide Housesitting / pet care services for the last 5+yrs. I have been in property mgmt for the last 9 yrs. I perform earthquake inspections, work with construction vendors, and anything that is needed while the homeowner is away. I go to concerts all over Southern California, walk in all kinds of nature, beach, hills and farms. Reading and studying a new interest. I am dependable, committed to a job well done and have happy clients with my varied abilities. I have experience administering medications, and wound care. Calming anxious dogs and offering an outlet for their energies, by taking a leisurely walk and allowing them to set the pace.
