Hello! My name is Rebecca L and I am a NYS certified teacher in birth through grade 6. I am a Montessori Pre-K and Kindergarten teacher in the Syracuse city school district. I have over 9 years of paid babysitting experience and worked with preschoolers and toddlers (age 1-5) during my college breaks for 4 years. I am very responsible, kind, and go above and beyond to ensure the happiness and safety of children in my care. I am interested in one-time, occasional, or a few times a month caregiver jobs. I have availability during the summer months for occasional days and evenings and I try to respond to messages within an hour at the most. I have weekend availability along with occasional weekday evenings (5:30 p.m. and later) throughout the school year. I am comfortable preparing simple meals for children, completing basic cleaning like picking up toys and washing dishes, I can also help with homework, and I am comfortable with cats and friendly dogs.
