About Kathleen

I am a compassionate caregiver and companion; formerly licensed in the state of Massachusetts as a C. N. A. (Certified Nursing Assistant). I have experience working in rehabilitation, long term care and Hospice as well as caring for my own parents and other family members at home and hospital settings. I have cared for persons in their homes through Hospice and private duty. I have been told I bring a sense of practical, resourcefulness and positive outlook in difficult situations. Caring for loved ones that need assistance can be remarkably rewarding and overwhelming at the same time. I am able to see what needs to be done and make respectful suggestions that honor the client and their families. My goal as a companion and assistant is to support the client to stay as independent as possible.
