About Kathleen

As a child, I grew up on farms and have had every sort of animal from lizards to chinchillas, guinea pigs to emus. I've always had a love for animals and love spending time with them. I used to watch my childhood neighbors farm for two weeks at a time when they would vacation. I cared for their dog, eight cats, 16 llamas, chickens, geese, ducks and pot bellied pig. I love working with animals and playing with them. I also work in animal rescue and am comfortable giving medications. I am highly experienced with cats and cat health and enjoy being around dogs as well. I have no problem watching cats in my own home. I have a separate cat room with towers and safely sanitized toys!
