Kathleen is great. She shows up on the dot, goes well beyond we ask her to do (for instance folding the wash without us asking her to), and is amenable to whatever the situation asks of her. She made a big effort to connect with our son, even suggesting games we could buy and bringing books over to read to him. I give her the highest recommendation.
