Hello- My name is Kathi. I have just updated my profile for the summer.. My background is very diverse and started at OSF Medical Center as a CNA , working in the Newborn Unit. I continue to be certified in CPR, and First Aid. My life took a very unique direction when my husband was diagnosed with ALS, Lou Gehrig's Disease. For the next 16 years I was my husbands complete Caregiver. As his caregiver, I gained valuable experience in all aspects of hands-on preventative care, handling emergency situations, and most importantly being fully responsible for someone's survival. I currently nanny for a little girl Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Along with my experience I worked as a Professional Nanny for an active family of 6. This was a fulltime position. Our typical days included meals, educational time, outside play, drop-offs, pick-ups, and exciting activities away from home. Kathi is fantastic! You should stop reading this and just hire Kathi. Kathi has been our full-time nanny for our first born son since March of 2015. From the moment we interviewed Kathi, we knew she was the one. Kathi is punctual, dependable, professional, flexible, and loyal. Moreover, she is a compassionate and caring individual and our child simply loves her! As new parents, it was initially a difficult decision to leave our child in the care of another person.
