Our family just lost our beautiful 13-yr old lab, and throughout his life, I've hired pet walkers and dog sitters through care. com. I have always been impressed with the quality of the caregiving. Now, in return, I'm looking to help a pet owner to have more freedom, knowing their pet will be cared for by me, and I will provide structured play and loving interaction. I am available for overnight stays as well, in your home or mine (our home is animal-free right now). We have a wonderful property for exercising animals, with walk-on access to a walking trail that all my dogs have loved. I have had animals as friends since I was a toddler. I started training animals when I became a dog-Mom in 2001. I have owned, trained and loved multiple family dogs and cats. I am currently volunteering for the South Jersey Regional Animal Shelter, which I consider to be important work. I can provide multiple references.
