"It is a pleasure to write in support of Katherin. I have had the privilege of working alongside her in my cleaning company and in the personal care of my partner's mother, who suffers from Alzheimer's. Katherin consistently helped carry out essential daily routine activities, such as toileting, bathing, eating, and drinking, as well as general housekeeping. Daily routines are so very important for patients struggling with Alzheimer's. Katherin is always punctual, prepared, dependable, and humble. No task is too challenging or beneath her. She connects well with others and is exceptionally attentive to their needs and circumstances. She is a key reason for the success of both my personal and business life. Her 'can-do' and motivational attitude is contagious, and it's evident that this isn't just a job for her, but a conscious effort to make a positive impact.
