I found Kat to be just okay. She wasn't any trouble and did watch my little one. But she also had her phone in her hand the entire time. I work from home while she was providing care so I was surprised to see this. It just made me wonder if I wasn't at home would the phone ever be put away. I would be unlikely to rehire.
