About Katherine

I am a licensed social worker in New York State and as a result of working remotely I have a bit more free time and I'm looking to connect with a family seeking part-time reoccurring weekly caregiving. As a clinical social worker, my practice is rooted in the field of childhood development and I am able use my clinical expertise to attune to the child's internal world and behaviors and tailor my caregiving accordingly to meet the unique social and emotional needs expressed by the child I have extensive experience as a caregiver and have provided long-term care to infants, toddlers, children and adolescents. Through my past experiences as a caregiver, I have had the pleasure of watching many of my client's grow up and age out of needing my services and I've been fortunate to forge enduring friendships with many of the families I've worked with that remain beyond the caregiver role.
