Currently, I am 2 classes away from finishing my online Master's in ECE at Portland State University with extensive experience in the Reggio Emilia philosophy. Additionally, I am a life-long artist & writer with a passion for incorporating creative arts, language/literacy, & nature immersion into all work with children, including babysitting/nannying. I have a B. S. in Psychology from Western Michigan University plus courses from Kalamazoo College & the Univ. of MI School of Social Work. Katie nannied for my daughter between the ages of 3-4. She was great! She was continually coming up with new and engaging activities for my daughter to do, and she and my daughter developed a deep bond. Highly recommend!
