About Katherine

I'd describe my personality as detail oriented, friendly, and creative I like working with animals because I grew up on a farm. I love playing with them and getting to know their personalities. I'm looking for a job that allows me to take care of people's beloved furry family members. I'm seeking something that fulfills my passion for animals. I'm looking to support people who need trusted care of their pets. I started working with animals when I was 5 years old in a program called 4-H. I've studied care for animals such as horses, dogs, cats, rabbits and cavies, goats, sheep, cows, chickens and pigs. In my spare time, I like to play music, paint, write, and spend time hiking or in local parks. One thing you should know about me is I spent time volunteering to help teach pet first aid and CPR classes with my local Red Cross foundation. My skills include administering medication, implementing training owners may have started with their pet, and home cleanliness.
