About Katherine

Hi there- my name is Katherine! I'm an elementary school counselor looking to fill my summer with some adventure and fun! Ideally, I'd love to find a family in my area looking for part-time care. My hours are flexible to meet your family's needs. I have over a decade of experience in childcare, including fully-time nannying, mentoring, summer camp gigs, and almost 5 years of school counseling. I'm well-equipped to care for one or multiple children with a wide range of needs. I have an easy-going, fun-loving personality mixed with a drive for seeing kids and families thrive. I'm certified in first aid and CPR, and I'm happy to assist with light household tasks to make your family's life easier! Quick note: I can't provide counseling services outside of a K-12 school. However, my skill set and passion give me a lens for connecting with and caring for kids that translates across multiple settings. I can't wait to get to know your family!
