About Katherine

As a childcare provider with five years of experience, my passion for caring for children stems from my positive babysitting experiences and my desire to make a positive impact on their lives and support families. I am a fully credentialed teacher looking to pick up some work during the summer before teaching starts. My patient, calm, and friendly nature allows me to connect with children easily. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred method to discuss their child's day or any concerns. I enjoy engaging children in outdoor sports, board games, and puzzles. With a college degree and coursework in early child development, as well as certifications in First Aid and CPR, I'm well-equipped to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children. I'm happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, travel, and swimming supervision. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children between the ages of 0 and 11.
