As far back as I can remember, I have had a heart for elderly and impaired people. Good thing because, I have had the privilege of being the sole parent, advocate and caregiver for my son who has Asperger's. He is now 27 years old, and he is doing well. Currently, I am working part-time as a caregiver for an adult woman who has significant developmental cognitive delays. Previously, I have worked with a disabled senior, providing home care services, transport to doctor appointments, grocery shopping, light cooking, housekeeping and friendship. During my years as a Realtor and Professional Organizer, I often helped elderly folks transition to senior living. I am patient, upbeat, compassionate, respectful, reliable, honest and good humored!
