About Katherine

I have worked with both children and adults in teaching and caregiving roles. My educational background is in Human Services and Education. I have worked in family homes taking care of many families loved ones who had Dementia or Alzheimer's Disease and other age related illnesses. As well, I have taught in school programs working with children from primary to secondary levels and have experience with Special Education. I enjoy working with people and appreciate what it is to take care of a family member when they are elderly and in need of support. I personally took care of my mother several years ago and had managed all her care. I find it rewarding helping people and enjoy getting to know others and their personal stories.
