Came with great references and joined our family on short notice. Very caring and friendly. Interested in being a part of the family and genuinely cared for and loved our son. Helpful around the house and extremely flexible. I was sad to see her go but know she joined another very good family and have stayed in touch! We now do play dates with her other family.
