Katherine has been an incredible gift to our family! We were very nervous about our 1 year old transitioning to someone new, but she was very comfortable with Katherine from day one and has grown to absolutely love her. Katherine is warm and confident and takes plenty of initiative. She didn't really need much from us to get started and was very capable of hitting the ground running. She was never late and was always very communicative. She even set it up so that her sister, whom she accompanied once, was able to come and support if Katherine was ever sick or otherwise unable to make it. We recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a loving nanny. We are moving on to daycare, but we hope Katherine will be a part of our family for years to come!
