My name is Katherine, I'm a junior in the Nursing program at East Carolina University. I've been a caregiver for 4 years working as a nanny, babysitter, tutor, and mother's helper with various ages. I've worked with children ADHD and autism and have experience with children with cognitive disabilities and developmental delays. I've worked with clients to build structured routines and promote positive behaviors, so I can easily adopt routines or patterns you have in place or help find a system that works for you. I have CNA skills training so I can readily perform tasks such as feeding, bathing, ambulation, etc. I'm not yet CNA certified in the state of MD because I completed the classes in NC and have not taken the exam in MD, but I can easily get the certification if you would prefer it.
